[Perhaps it is a bitter idea to think a game made to bring people happiness would be used to march into a battle. But honestly, considering what Manjoume's seen Duel Monsters be used for, is the application of the game and its technology for war-time purposes and other kinds of battles really that farfetched? People in his world had to duel for their lives, for the sake of other people's safety, the takeover of an entire company, and more. It's only a matter of time. Manjoume should know that people are people, and with people comes war, with the technology coming along with them to help.
Bakugou doesn't know this, but he's also seen Quirks in his world and the evolution of them. Initially thought of as a hoax, then growing into a new reality, first treated as a threat, then the abused people with Meta Abilities began to fight back, soon villains rose up to trample on the weak, with vigilantes evolving to fight against them in the name of protecting the innocent, and finally establishing the superhero society where Quirks were used to help.
Humans will always fight with whatever they have to win... for better or for worse.

[Fun fact, Seto Kaiba is the creator of the Duel Disk, and his company Kaibacorp used to deal in military grade weapons before he took it over and made it a company centered around games instead.
As such, he would probably be pissed if the Duel Disk was used like those weapons to fight a war, but thank God Manjoume doesn't have to worry about one of the world's most famous duelists showing up here to potentially kick his ass over this conversation even being had, right?]
